4. Do I need to provide my own alcohol?
Yes!
As a dry hire service, we provide the bar setup, equipment, and all the essentials you need for a fully functional bar—you just supply the alcohol! After discussing your event details, we’ll provide you with a customized shopping list based on the number of guests, so you know exactly what to purchase.
The best part? You get to keep any leftover alcohol after your event, ensuring you don’t waste anything and get great value for your investment. We handle the rest.
5. How much does it cost?
The cost depends on several factors, such as:

6. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

Absolutely! We love to personalize your drink menu. Whether it’s themed cocktails, signature drinks, or specific preferences, just let us know, and we’ll tailor the bar experience to suit your needs.
8. Do you provide non-alcoholic options?
Yes! We offer a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks you can choose from when planning your event, including custom fresh mocktails, lemonade, hot cocoa, and fresh juices-- just to name a few!
9. How many bartenders do you provide?
The number of bartenders is based on your guest count and the event’s duration. Typically, there will be two or more Wandering Cheers bartenders at every event.
10. Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured for all types of events. This ensures that your event is in good hands, and you can have peace of mind knowing we follow all safety regulations.
11. What areas do you serve?
We are proudly based out of Bellingham, MA, but we are happy to travel. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of our regular service area.
12. Do you provide any extra services?
Yes! In addition to our mobile bar service, we offer:
Cocktail table rentals
